About The Foundation

MISSION

The MPPA Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping law enforcement families and supporting Montana communities. The Foundation is predominantly funded through charitable donations from individuals, MPPA members, and the proceeds of the MPPA Montana license plate revenue.

The Foundation provides scholarships to children of active duty law enforcement families that are members of the MPPA and monetary assistance to families of law enforcement officers that are injured or killed in the line of duty.

The MPPA Foundation also sponsors the Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics, financially supports the Montana Law Enforcement Museum, and contributes to the Montana CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) organization, the Montana Violent Crime Investigators Association, and Operation Lifesaver.

MPPA LICENSE PLATE

You can also support the Montana Police Protective Association Foundation by purchasing the MPPA license plate when you register your vehicle or renew your registration. If you register your vehicle using the MPPA Foundation plate, $25 of your purchase will go towards supporting the Foundation’s mission.
